Welcome to the Office of Operations of the IE Law School Chapter of the European Law Students' Association. Our operations team is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Association so that our members can focus on learning, growing, and making connections.
What our office does:
Logistical Planning
The operations team is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient planning and execution of all Association events, activities, and initiatives. This includes coordinating the logistics of events, such as venue selection, catering, and transportation, as well as managing the budget and resources required to make these events a success.
Marketing & Outreach
The operations team is responsible for promoting the Association and its events, programs, and initiatives to members and the wider community. This includes creating and distributing marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and email newsletters, as well as managing our Association's social media presence.
Communications
The operations team is responsible for ensuring effective communication between the Association and its members, as well as with external partners and stakeholders. This includes managing the Association's website and email communications, as well as responding to member inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Event Management
The operations team is responsible for managing all aspects of Association events, from planning and preparation, to execution and follow-up. This includes coordinating with event partners, managing event budgets, and ensuring that events are executed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
