Jorge Sanjuán Femenía
Jorge is a highly ambitious LL.B. student with a passion for corporate and tax law. With a proven ability to work under high-pressure situations and time-sensitive matters, Jorge is a skilled leader who excels in bringing teams together to achieve common goals.
Mr. Sanjuán is currently writing a thesis on the future of corporate liability under international criminal law and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to IE Law Review. He is enthusiastic about advancing legal scholarship and promoting excellence in legal writing and is dedicated to ensuring that the Review remains at the forefront of legal discourse.

In addition to being ELSA IE's Secretary General, We are proud to have him as our Editor-in-Chief and are excited to see the contributions he will make to the Review in the years to come.
Executive Vice Chairman
Jacob Dane Chilton
With a range of legal and non-legal experiences, Dane Chilton has demonstrated a strong commitment to public policy, legal scholarship, and community engagement. Mr. Chilton's legal experience includes work in business acquisitions, civil claims, and immigration law, as well as internships with the Senate and Administrative Offices of North Carolina. He recently served as a research fellow for the European Parliament through IELS, where he conducted a report on Administrative Environmental Law in relation to the Paris Climate Agreement.
In addition to his legal work, Dane has a wealth of experience in nonprofit, arts, and educational settings. Dane has served on numerous committees, boards, and administrations for schools, arts organizations, and student organizations across the globe, even serving as Vice Chancellor of the Foundation for Student Opportunity in the Southeastern US.

Executive Notes Editor
Adriana Martínez
Adriana Martínez was born and raised in San Salvador, El Salvador. Serving as the Executive Notes Editor for the Law Review, and a rising third year student of the Bachelor of Laws, she is devoted to politics, history, art and social work. Her focus on the law is within the areas of litigation, economic regulation, intellectual property and international criminal law.

Adriana's legal experience includes working in several national and regional reputed law firms, international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, and legal writing in conjunction with respected lawyers and legal professionals, as well as taking a leadership role in the Legal Clinic of IE University. She has participated in different national and international legal and diplomatic competitions, as is the Model Organization of American States in Washington D.C.
Associate Notes Editor
Jade Toledano
As a strong leader, Jade Toledano firmly believes in student engagement being fundamental for the fostering of a better tomorrow.
Ms. Toledano’s passion and aptitude lie in administrative and criminal law as she pursues her interest in politics. Her initiative, problem-solving and clear communication skills help ensure a positive and transparent environment in which the law review will establish itself and thrive. Her experiences range from representative roles in her local school district in the suburbs of Chicago, exercising her civic duties as an intern for her representative in the US Congress, and volunteering her time to causes she finds worthwhile such as the arts, political activism, and the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders.
Ms. Toledano currently serves concurrently as the Segovia Director of the IE University chapter of the European Law Students’ Association.
